Lifetime Warranty

TheTopLoc will be free of manufacturing defects for the lifetime of TheTopLoc assembly. This warranty protects the original user only.

This warranty covers materials and workmanship. The warranty does not coverscratches, abrasion, abused or misused products. At the sole discression, TheTopLoc will either repair or replace the defective components.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, BP Ventures, TheTopLoc and it suppliers disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied.

DAMAGES, INJURY AND OR LOSS

TheTopLoc obstructs the quick-release of Mazda Miata hard-top latches. In no event shall TheTopLoc or its suppliers be liable for any damages and / or loss (including incidental, consequential, or indirect) arising out of the use of this product.
